The Double Solitaire game is distributed in .ZIP file format. The .ZIP file contains the Solitaire game (SOL2.EXE) as well as a help file (SOL2.HLP). Unzip all files into the same directory, which may be an empty directory or one which already exists and contains other files (such as your Entertainment Pack directory, often C:\WEP).

System Requirements:

The game has been developed and run on Windows NT 3.51. However, it is expected to work on Windows 95 and on Windows NT versions 4.0 and above. The image is built for I386; I do not have a version available for Alpha or Macintosh. for Macintosh. Windows 3.1 and Windows For Workgroups releases are no longer supported.

The .ZIP file itself is 75K. The expanded files will require 272K bytes of disk space.

How to Install and Run:

The game may be invoked from the command line: or run in the background with C:\WEP> start sol2 You can also create a Program Manager icon or a shortcut. In order to find the help file, the working directory should be set to the directory in which the files were unzipped.
