Just ahead The tracks cross Willow Avenue on a curve just south of the
Castle Shannon Municipal Building. During the 70's, the stop ahead of the
crossing was called Martin Villa, the name of the apartments visible to
the right. I don't know if they were called Martin Villa in either 1965
or 2005.
The 2005 shot shows that the apartment building has had an extension
built on the nearer end. Although concealed by the fence in the
present-day photo, the house on the right appears to be well-maintained but
otherwise completely unchanged!
The building on Willow Avenue left of the tracks has new businesses
but appears largely unchanged as well.
